Hoenn University ~ Rhythms

While I was in school I happened to be listening to Rhythm of Love by the Plain White T's and suddenly I wanted to draw the flower babu. It IS his theme song after all
So I used my iPod's background image* as a reference for Thyme's pose. Originally I was going to have Thyme and Alice standing back-to-back while he was playing his guitar but then I remembered that Thyme had given Alice an mp3 player for her birthday. and decided to draw Alice listening to it. _{I apparently draw Alice more than leesker at this point pfff}

The weird color all around them is actually supposed to be green highlighter. I spilled water all over the drawing by accident right before I was going to scan it and noticed that all the ink from the highlighter became all pretty and bright green so I decided to use my mistake to my advantage. _{It looked better when dry but oh well}

...OH! My birthday also happens to be tomorrow which means I might end up drawing something for that as well~

I actually like how Thyme's hair came out so I think I might end up making this a permanent change.
